Over on our discussion page, optimism regarding the play of Caleb Williams on the part of Bears fans was tempered by criticism of several elements, most notably the struggles of the offensive line.
Craig C.: Stop me if you’ve heard this one before… “The Bears’ new quarterback shows flashes of greatness, along with a lot of not-so-great-play. But it’s impossible to know how good he can be because the Bears’ offensive line is terrible and he rarely gets a chance to throw without being under duress.”

Ben B.: Why is Kmet a ghost in this offense? He’s a huge target, runs good routes and has elite hands. A young QB’s dream. What the hell?
